Covered Bridge Estates is located one hour north of Atlanta off Highway 515 near the quaint, historic town of Ellijay, Georgia in Gilmer County.

Carters Lake is surrounded by a scenic shoreline with extraordinary views of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia and just minutes from Covered Bridge. It offers visitors a variety of outdoor activities including: camping, fishing, picnicking, boating, and mountain biking.
As you approach Covered Bridge Estates, you will appreciate its bucolic setting as you pass apple orchards, vineyards & wineries, rolling pastures, and a blueberry farm. Directions From the South:
Take I-75 North to 575 North to 5 North. At mile marker 6, turn left onto Hwy 382 and proceed straight through the round-about. Continue west for 3.7 miles and our entrance is on the left.
Take GA Hwy 515 South into East Ellijay. Just past Penland’s Apple House & Panorama Orchards, turn right onto Hwy 382 and proceed straight through the round-about.
